I like to say that nothing on the Internet is ever written in stone.  So have fun thinking about what your site will look like.  If you don't like something we can change it.

Once I have the pieces I need I can usually get a site up and running within about a week.  If your site has more complicated requirements it may take longer.  I can let you know that once we have talked about exactly what you need.
